First one top right corner was missing fill, unless it keeps expanding even more.

Jesus I just had to take a math refresher course just to know that the stuff basically covers almost the same amount in square feet as board feet with a 1" thickness. What on earth would no one just say that on the packaging or video?

Can somebody explain to me why the calculation isn't SF x Thickness in Inches?
Hello, What you are describing is the basics of the calculation, In this video we are covering how to get as accurate a measure as possible. We do that by ensuring we do not have the space taken by the studs in the calculation and that we have a good measure of the foams thickness.

Hello Joar, Without more information it is difficult to give you an exact answer on how using a barrier might affect the foam or the substrate you are applying to. When applying spray foam it is always best to consult the manufacturers guidelines in order to get the best performance. Use dynosolve neutralizer first, as recommended by many, then use the Glycol Ether to flush. Then back to spraying asap. :)
Is it ok to apply spray foam insulation when the attic is 110 degrees? Will it fully cure? Or will it off gas forever?

Uhhh...yeah...that big spring doesn't push anything back up. It is placed there as a guard to protect the pump shaft, nothing else. The piston moves up and down due to air pressure ONLY.
Hello Tim, The spring we are referring to is the one located in the air motor. If the spring is missing the pump will not travel up and down as it is supporting the reversing mechanism. You can see the spring we are talking about as item 4 on page 20 of the T3 manual(3A5180ENP).

At 3:23 "spraying a cold substrate" it was clear you didint have your hose heat on. I understand you're Demonstrating what having cold barrels/ cold environment, but a cold stream of material? Just spraying cold liquid at a cold surface - obviously not going to work correctly. Proper temp in the hose and pre-spray the substrate to get a skin to properly adhere to the surface. Maybe re-edit the video to show it realisticly.
